Sample Unity Candle Set

So I decided I would try my hand at unity candles. Not my most favorite thing to do, but if you need one, let me know! I'd be happy to make one up for you!

Jennifer's Extras!

Jennifer is my best friend, and as part of my gift to her I am doing some of her wedding extra's for her. Jennifer and Robin decided it would be fun to do a signature drink themed after their honeymoon (which I am jealous! they are going to Tahiti)!!! I created this basic bar sign using the Mehendi love birds that have been used throughout her paper and other things in her wedding (like the henna she will be having done). I also created a guest book sign to direct her guests to sign both the book and photomat, reserved signs for family rows at the ceremony, bathroom basket signs, a reader card (for her ceremony reader to use) and finally a memory tag that will be tied to a single rose in memory of Robin's father who passed away in 2006.

Another Sample!

I was a little bored the other day and thought that I'd put together a new sample with some supplies I had on hand. I also decided that I would use black linen for the panel and the envelope mainly because I have an invitation order coming up in the next two months that will be using a black linen portable pocket and black linen envelope with corresponding wrap address labels. I really like the look of the black envelope, very sharp. And I am sure my bride will like the look too!

Meghan's Shower Invitations!

After we started the design of Meghan and Brad's wedding invitations, Meghan contacted me about doing her shower invitations as well. Her mom wanted to throw her a garden party themed shower. I found this adorable floral graphic and used the green color from their wedding invitations on the shower invite and used pink to match the floral graphic for their names. The invitations are printed on white linen paper, which fits well with the garden theme, and I picked these light pink envelopes that give the invitations more of a "girlie" appearance. The package came together very well, and has become my new favorite shower invitation!

Meghan's Wedding Invitations!

\Meghan is one of my favorite brides! Her and her fiance have been so wonderful to work with through this entire process. At first, Meghan had picked a couple of flourishes she liked, but the invites came out too "traditional". So one night I received a phone call from Brad and he was so concerned about the invitation. He wanted something completely different than what we already worked on. He wanted to make the invitation "green" to go with the green craze in the world. He described his vision to me, and I took off running with it. The next day we came up with the perfect invitation and everything kind of fell into place after that! These are my first folded card invitation, and am very excited about them and only hope Meghan and Brad like them as much as I do!!!

Jennifer's Thank You's

Along with Jennifer's shower invites, I did her shower thank you's as well. I changed from the white micah metallic paper to white linen which is easier to write on than the metallic. I carried her theme through by using a portion of the orchid graphic, matching fonts and hot pink envelopes just like the ones used for the invitations. Check back later for Jennifer's wedding thank you's and rehearsal dinner invitations!
